JWS are continuing to innovate our service with upcoming technology advancements
There are exciting new developments in the works here at JWS and we are thrilled to share that our latest project is almost ready to be introduced to our customers. As a business that focuses on improving your service and helping to provide a sustainable service, our latest developments help to support our ethos.
Earlier this year JWS has introduced our new customer portal and also driver handheld devices which send digital tickets straight to our customer’s emails – and we haven’t stopped there. We have been working on an innovative waste-identification system that provides our customers with a breakdown of their waste loads and sends the information straight to the portal.
We believe this will offer an ingenious solution for customers who want more information about their site’s waste management and provides the efficiency they need by having this information accessible via the customer portal. It’s a fascinating new development that has been in the works here at JWS for many months and we are keen to introduce this to our customers – so watch this space!
